Decades of Doing the Job Right

About Ned's Flooring

Some things you just grow up around.

For us, it was floorboards and blueprints. Tape measures and truck beds. Watching our parents — and their parents — build something reliable with their hands and their word.

At Ned’s Commercial Flooring, this work isn’t just what we do. It’s what we know. For over 40 years, we’ve helped businesses and homeowners across Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Maryland get flooring that looks right, holds up and is installed the right way.

But the story goes back even further. Our family’s been in flooring since 1922. Four generations of showing up, getting better and earning trust the hard way.

We’ve seen how trends come and go. We’ve watched buildings grow old, get gutted, be reimagined. And through all that, we’ve learned what makes a floor not just look good — but last.

Whether we’re working with a GC on a tenant fit-out or helping a homeowner refinish their original hardwood, we take it seriously. Because your space matters. And because our name is on the work.

If you’re looking for a flooring contractor in the DC Metro Area who still believes in showing up and doing the job right, give us a call. We’re ready to get to work.
