What to Expect in 4 Steps

Step 1: Free Estimate
Schedule a free flooring estimate at your home or business by calling (703) 447-2982. During this time, we'll discuss your vision, align on budget, review materials and set a timeline. We'll then submit a detailed estimate for your approval.
Step 2: Pre-Installation
Prior to installation, Ned's will coorindate all the material arrival at the job site. We'll cover/move all furniture and remove/haul away the old flooring. We'll also make sure your subfloor is level.
Step 3: Installation
Next, we'll install the underlayment — a thin layer of material such as cork, rubber or foam that helps cushion, insulate and reduce wear on your flooring. Then, we'll install your flooring on top.
Step 4: Clean-Up & Inspection
After installation, we'll clean up the job site and walk you through the project to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction.
